Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a course with Global Language and Career Academy (GLCA).

Reserving a seat. Reserving holds a seat for a limited time while you pay; the time is shown when you reserve. Your seat is confirmed once we have checked your payment. If a course lets you pay in two parts, the first part confirms your seat and the second is due on the date shown in your account.

Paying. Pay only to the wallet number or bank account shown on this website, and send us the transaction ID from your receipt. We check every payment against our own statement before confirming a seat. An invoice is issued for every payment we confirm.

Classes. Classes are held live online on the days and at the times listed for your batch.

Course materials. Lecture notes, PDFs and class recordings are for your own study. Please do not share them or post them publicly.

Exams and certificates. Each course ends with an exam. When you pass, you receive a certificate with its own ID, which anyone can check on this website.

Refunds. Our refund policy explains when and how fees are refunded.

Behaviour. Please be respectful to teachers and classmates. We may remove anyone from a batch who is abusive.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
